View scores & submissions

6min

Who can do this:

  • Anyone with viewing permissions for Challenges and Forms

Everyone invited to a Challenge receives a score, whether they participate or not.

In the Challenge Summary, you can view:

  • Scores and placements of individuals or teams (if created).
  • Form submissions for a Self-Reporting Challenge.

View scores

Scores are displayed in the lower half of the Challenge Summary window.

To view scores:

1. Go to EngagementChallenges and select the Challenge from the list.

  • The Challenge window opens. By default, the Summary tab is selected.

2. Next to Leaders, in the dropdown, select one:

  • Individual: See the scores for individuals.
  • Teams by user tag: See the scores for teams. Users need to have been assigned a tag.

3. Tick the options, depending on what you want to view:

  • Group ties: See placement. This groups all those who placed first, second, third, and so on. Unselect it to see each individual score.
  • Show all: View everyone's placement and scores. If unselected, only the top leaders in the Challenge are displayed.

What are the different types of scoring?

The score could be yes (complete) or no (incomplete), a percentage, or whole number, depending on the setup. See Scoring.

View & export submissions

Review and export submissions for a Self-Reporting Challenge.

To get submissions:

1. Go to EngagementChallenges and select the Challenge from the list.

2. In the Summary, select View Submissions.

  • This opens the Form window, with the Responses and List tabs already selected by default. A list of submissions is displayed.

3. (Optional) Select the icon of the image or signature that you want to view.

4. (Optional) In the top-right corner, click the CSV button to export the list.

How do I review images or signatures?

Since images cannot be exported with the CSV button, you'll need to click the icon of each image or signature in the list of submissions to view them.
