The Messages feature in Refresh provides different channels for sending messages to users, whether push notification, text, or email. Messages can be sent instantly or scheduled for later, allowing you to encourage actions, highlight information, and promote an event, Challenge, or Reward.
Messages are accessed in the Messages menu of the dashboard. You'll see the option to send a message in a few other places as well (e.g. Content, Engagement, and Forms), at the top of your lists of items.
