The Messages feature in Refresh lets you send push notifications, texts, or emails instantly or schedule them for later. Use it to encourage actions, share information, or promote events, Challenges, and Rewards.

Access Messages in the dashboard's Messages menu or in other areas like Posts, Engagement, and Forms, or at the top of your item lists.
