Whether you want to encourage employees to complete a goal on their own, compete for the highest score, or interact with each other, you can determine what you want that engagement to look like, using one or both options.

One key aspect of engagement that ties Challenges and Rewards together is points. Awarding points for completing various challenges allows you to set up a Reward that employees receive through redeeming points.
