View Challenges

Who can do this:

  • Anyone with the viewing permission for Challenges
  • Additional permissions are needed to view the Challenge trigger (e.g. Focus Content, Media Collection)

View your enabled (active) and disabled (inactive) Challenges, in a list or summary format.

View Challenge list

To view Challenge list:

  • Go to Engagement ➤ Challenges.

Your Challenges are listed, with the following details:

  • Title: Name of the Challenge, which appears at the top of the menu.
  • Trigger: The content users need to interact with to complete the goal, such as a form or video. Not all Challenges have a trigger.
  • Availability: Who can view and participate in the Challenge.
  • Timeframe: Start and end date of the Challenge, or the period, such as daily.
  • Updated: Date and time of your most recent changes to the setup.
  • Shows: Date the Challenge is set to appear, before the scoring period begins.
  • Hides: Date the Challenge will disappear from the app. This is not the end date of the Challenge.
  • Colored dot: Green means the Challenge is enabled. Orange means the Challenge is disabled, and so will not appear in the app.
  • Disable/Enable button: Turn this on or off to activate or expire a Challenge.

View Challenge summary

Check the summary for details like timeframe, trigger, and awarded points, if applicable.

To view the summary:

1. Go to Engagement ➤ Challenges and select the Challenge from the list.

  • The Challenge setup opens, with two tabs in the top left: Summary and Setup. By default, Summary should be selected.

2. View the details.

Where can I see scores?

Each user you invited to the Challenge is listed in the lower half of the Summary window, along with their placements and scores.
