All employees who need to access your organization's app to view content, need to register as a user. Specific users who need access to the dashboard to create content, must be assigned an administrative level and role.

Users of the Refresh app are:

  • Employees who need access to the Refresh app.
  • Assigned Groups/Teams or tags, which determine what they see in the app.
  • Assigned administrative levels & roles, which grants them access to the dashboard.

How are administrators assigned?

During the initial setup, the Refresh customer success team will have already made some users admins. Learn more at Manage Admins & Roles.
