Post → Challenge workflow

Once you've created a post, you could promote it to employees by creating a viewing Challenge, as shown below.

A Challenge allows you to set a goal for a fixed or recurring period. For example, a goal might be to "Watch a Yoga video, once a day, on an ongoing basis." This can encourage views and friendly competition across your entire organization, or within departments, depending on how you set it up.
