Overview

Refresh allows you to gather information or feedback from users by creating forms they can respond to either in the app or on the website. The form builder offers various question types and setup options, allowing you to customize each form to meet your specific needs.

Each person can submit one response per form. The responses are displayed in a downloadable list and as a numerical summary for questions with calculable fields.

For example, in a multiple-choice quiz, the summary will show how many people chose each option (a, b, c, etc.). You can view these summaries in various formats, such as pie charts, numbers, averages, or percentages.
