View & filter user list

Who can do this:

  • Anyone with the Users (visible) permission

The user list shows everyone you've invited and includes key details such as their email address, registration status, Group, Team, and User tag assignments.

You can also view deactivated users, or users who meet specific criteria by applying filters.

View user list

View everyone invited to join your app.

To view the user list:

1. Go to AdminUsers.

In addition to their first and last name, and email address, the list displays:

  • Phone: The user’s mobile phone number, if provided.
  • Key icon: Indicates the user is an administrator.
  • Hierarchy icon: Lists the Groups or Teams the user belongs to. If a key icon appears next to the group, the user is an administrator of that group.
  • Tag icon: Any tags assigned to the user appear here.
  • Points: Their current point balance.
  • Created: The date the user was invited to register.
  • Pen icon: The user’s registration status, whether Pending or a checkmark.
  • Mobile icon: Indicates the user downloaded the Refresh app.
  • Last seen: The date the user last viewed content in the Refresh app.

How do I export the list?

As with other lists in the dashboard, click the CSV button, in the top-right corner, to quickly export the list.

Check user registrations

After sending invites, check who has registered. This is useful if you want to send a reminder to users who haven't registered yet.

To check user registrations:

1. Open the user list and review the registration column, indicated by a pen icon.

  • Once a user is registered, Pending is replaced with a checkmark.

If you want to view only non-registered users, you can apply a filter.

Apply a filter

Use this to display only users who meet certain conditions, such as those who are registered.

To apply a filter:

1. Open the user list and in the top-right corner, select the Filter icon.

2. In the Add filter dialog box, set the filter you want:

  • In the Field dropdown menu, choose a column heading.
  • In the Conditions dropdown, select Is, Contains, Is equal to, or In date range. Depending on what you you selected as the field, different conditions are available.

3. To confirm, click Add Filter.

  • Your filtered list appears.

Can I send a message to filtered users?

Yes! After you've applied a filter you could send a message. See Send & schedule a message.
