Who can do this:
- Anyone with the Points (visible) Rewards (visible) permission
Keep track of the number of points users have, check what Rewards they won or claimed, and manage the delivery of your manual Rewards by viewing the redemptions list.
Check the redemption list to see users who have points and have won or claimed Rewards.
To view redemptions:
1. Go to Engagement ➤ Rewards.
- The Redemptions tab is already selected and the list is displayed. If it's a long list, a scrollbar appears on the right, which you can use to view all the rows.
For each user, the list displays the following:
- Reward: The name of the Reward the user has won or claimed.
- Points: The user's current point balance.
- Value: If the Reward is an auto-fulfilled gift card, its value is displayed. If the Reward is one that you are manually giving, the value will be blank.
- Delivered: A black checkmark indicates the user has received the Reward, whereas a grey checkmark means the user has not received it. This is relevant to manual Rewards, as you'll be able to see which Rewards you still need to deliver, and you can check them off as you do so.
- Date/Time: This is when the user redeemed the Reward.
How do I know when auto-fulfilled gift cards are delivered?
Gift cards are considered delivered once a receipt is generated. The system does not track when users visit the gift card provider's website to redeem their reward.
3. If you want, in the top-right corner, select CSV, to export the list to your computer.
