Images & links
In addition to the common sections, Focus Content and News & Notices have the options to add images and links.
Images can be of any size and you may choose your display preference:
Fit or Cover: Select Fit if you want ensure your entire image is visible, or if it contains text.
Header and/or Background: A header image appears under the title, while a background image appears behind the text body. These options do not apply to News & Notices.
On the right, the App preview shows how your image will appear.
Select a tab below to see each view.
Choose this to link to other content within your app, or to an external website.
Select In-App to link to other content within your app.
App content: This lets you choose a content item or page, indicated by three horizontal lines.
Why can't I see the content I want to link to?
Your role requires permissions (visible) for the content you want to select.
Create: Click Create when you want to create content on the fly. In the dialog that appears, choose one:
- Continue: This keeps the visibility the same as your main piece.
- Change visibility: This lets you re-assign your main piece to a different Group/Team or User Tag.
This allows you add a link to an external website and enter text for a Call to Action button.
