Refresh gives you the ability to gather info from users through Forms that are neatly formatted for you, eliminating the need for manual workflows. 

Rather than sending out a PDF (or handing out a paper form that ends up in the trash), employees can conveniently submit a form on the Refresh app or website. So, there's no need for you to chase responses or manually tally results—Refresh takes care of the tracking and reporting for you.
