Re-invite employees to remind them to register or re-visit the app.

## Use this when

- You want to send another unique private link to an employee who was already invited, but hasn't completed registration yet.
- You notice a user has been inactive for a while, and want to encourage them to re-visit the app.

**How do I check if a user is active in the app?** 

In the user list, you can check the **Last seen** column to find out when they last accessed the app.

# Re-invite all pending users

Invite users who haven't completed their registration yet.

To re-invite all pending users:

1\. Go to **Admin** ➤ **Users **and click** Add/Invite.**

2\. Select **Re-invite all pending users.**

3\. In the next window, confirm by clicking** Re-invite.**

# Re-invite a single user

Re-invite a user to complete their registration or re-visit the app.

To re-invite a user:

1\. Go to **Admin** ➤ **Users **and select the user from the user list.

- This opens the **Edit user** window.

2\. Select **Re-invite. **

- The** Add/Invite users **window opens and the fields are auto-filled.

3\. Optionally, choose app content to bring them to. 

4\. Click **Continue. **

- The user's assignment is displayed.

5\. Change their assignment, if needed, and click **Next. **

6\. Click **Send.**

Depending on the user's registration status, they will automatically receive the appropriate message—either prompting them to register if they haven’t yet, or encouraging them to re-visit the app.
