Re-invite a user
Who can do this:
- Anyone with the Users (editable) permission
Re-invite employees to remind them to register or re-visit the app.
- You want to send another unique private link to an employee who you already invited, but has not yet registered.
- You notice a user has been inactive for a while, and want to encourage them to re-visit the app.
Here is an example of the invite a user receives to re-visit the app.
How do I see if a user is active in the app?
In the user list, you can check the Last seen column to find out when they last accessed the app.
To re-invite a user:
1. Go to Admin ➤ Users and select the user from the user list.
- This opens the Edit user window.
2. In the top-right corner, select Re-invite.
- The Add/Invite users window opens and the fields are auto-filled.
3. If you want, change the app content to bring them to.
4. Click Continue.
- The user's Group or Team assignment is displayed.
5. Change their assignment, if needed, and click Next.
6. Click Send.
Depending on the user's registration status, they will automatically receive the appropriate message—either prompting them to register if they haven’t yet, or encouraging them to re-visit the app.
