**Who has access to this feature: **

- Optional feature, available upon request
- Anyone with the Rave permission
:::

Encourage peer-to-peer recognition with the Rave feature. Employees can share their praise on the newsfeed, keep it private, and even gift points.

Recognize achievements like:

- Going above and beyond
- Collaborating on projects
- Offering creative solutions
- Taking leadership

Assign an admin to review comments and photos before they're posted. To further motivate participation, award points for giving recognition.

## Homescreen view

Employees begin by typing a teammate's name to select if from the dropdown, then add their comment and a photo, if applicable.
