Setting up Groups, including Teams (sub-groups), allows you to:
- Assign users to them, and then control what is visible to each Group.
- Customize the layout and design for each set of users.
If you set up the Groups you want before onboarding users, you can assign users to specific Groups at the time you invite them. Alternatively, you can set up and assign Groups later, after onboarding users.
Creating User tags allow you to:
- Assign tags (labels) to users, and then control what content is visible to them.
