Content availability

all content you create in refresh has an availability section, where you select groups , teams , or user tags to make the content visible to the users in those particular groups, or with those tags content can be made available to any number of groups, teams and tags examples of content you can assign to users include focus content media news & notices challenges forms vendors by group, team by default, the top level group is selected, making the content available to everyone selecting specific teams (sub groups) excludes everyone else from seeing the content, except those in the teams by user tags this allow you to assign content to a custom selection of users users must be tagged in the user list with exactly the same user tag as the content, for the content to appear to those users if a content item has been tagged for one user and not another, each user will see different content how does content show up in the app? assigning content doesn't mean it automatically shows up in the app placing content in the layout is also required see add blocks to your layout
