Check message stats

Who can do this:
- Anyone with the Message (visible) and Users (visible) permissions
Check your sent messages, including the open rate, the number of users it was sent to, and the channel type used.
Message stats can be viewed in your list of sent messages.
To view your sent list:
1. Go to the Messages ➤ Sent.
- Any messages you've sent are displayed in a list.
Each column provides the following info:
- Type: The Channel type used, whether Best Channel, text, email, or push notification.
- Subject: The subject entered in the original message.
- Date: The date you sent the message.
- Sent to: The number of users the message was sent to, and includes those who have and haven't opened it.
- Opened: The percentage of users who've opened the message.
- Unopened: The percentage of users who haven't opened the message.
- Re-send: Re-sends the message to all the original recipients.
Check the percentage of users who have or haven't opened a message. This is useful if you want to send a follow-up email or a reminder to either set of users.
To check the open rate:
2. Check the percentage in the Opened and Unopened columns.
3. Click the percentage you want.
- A filtered user list loads, displaying only those users. In the top-left corner, you'll see the filter that's been applied.
